- Performed manual regression and ad-hoc testing of assistive technologies across Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS) with an emphasis on WCAG compliance and real-world usability.
- Reported ~800 accessibility-focused issues, including reproduction steps and UX impact analysis, covering defects from mislabeled UI elements to critical system crashes.
- Specialized in testing VoiceOver, including Braille interfaces, as well as Voice Control and hearing accessibility features, identifying issues regarding both function and ease of use.
- Designed custom test suites for newly introduced accessibility features, improving regression coverage.
- Developed Bash and Python scripts to automate repetitive tester workflows, reducing manual overhead and improving team efficiency.
- Produced analytical reports highlighting systemic accessibility gaps and recommending actionable improvements across the Apple ecosystem.
